Service and processing

Deluma lets you open, organize, edit, convert, and export PDFs. Core features process documents on your device. Office conversion is the exception: only the selected file is uploaded temporarily after explicit consent and removed after processing.

Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support of unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and may not be resold, abusively shared, or used to evade limits. Deluma may request renewed verification to protect accounts and payments.

Plans and limits

Free allows up to 2 completed PDFs in a rolling 24-hour window. Pro includes up to 500 completed documents in a rolling 30-day window; each PDF in a batch counts as one document, and a confirmed cancellation before completion does not use the allowance. In Brazil, Pro costs R$39.90 monthly or R$299.90 yearly. Outside Brazil, it costs US$7.99 monthly or US$59.99 yearly.

Billing and renewal

By confirming Pro at checkout, you authorize recurring monthly or yearly charges until cancellation. Mercado Pago processes BRL subscriptions in Brazil and Stripe processes USD subscriptions elsewhere. Mandatory taxes, when applicable, are shown separately. Deluma does not receive full card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal from your account area. Pro access remains until the end of the paid period and the next cycle is not charged. If the provider confirms an immediate cancellation, the date shown in your account prevails.

Refund policy

For an initial Pro purchase on the Web, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days. A renewal may also be refunded when requested within 7 calendar days and no Pro export was completed in the new cycle. Duplicate charges, charges after an effective cancellation, or material service failures will be corrected after verification. If local law grants a longer period or a more favorable right, it prevails. Future app store purchases also follow the rules of the relevant store.

Taxes, receipts, and bank timing

Checkout shows the currency, billing period, total, and applicable taxes before confirmation. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the provider, bank, or issuer and is separate from Deluma review time. Transaction receipts and references are available according to the provider.

Optional online library · Paid Pro

Local projects stay on your device. Only when choosing Save online or Upload PDF do paying Pro subscribers send the file, name and folder organization to Deluma’s private library on Railway in the United States. Limits are 10 GB, 1,000 PDFs and 120 MiB per file. Each completed upload counts toward the plan allowance; downloading a saved file does not count again. Trials and free benefits do not enable storage. There is no public sharing or automatic project upload.

Turning off renewal keeps access until the paid period ends. After that, new uploads and online changes are blocked, but download and deletion remain available for three calendar months. The automatic worker then deletes files and folders from the online library. Renewing a paid subscription before deletion stops scheduled removal. Notices appear in the library and by email. PDFs are encrypted before entering the private bucket; this is not end-to-end encryption. Deluma keeps encrypted operational backups of library PDFs, with six-day retention and daily cleanup. These copies are for technical recovery and do not provide user versions or a trash bin. Deletions must also be reapplied during recovery. Keep a local copy. We do not guarantee immediate forensic erasure of the provider’s physical infrastructure copies.

Your documents

You keep all rights to your documents and are responsible for having permission to use them. Deluma does not acquire ownership of the content. You must review exported files before professional, legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive use.

Responsible use

Do not use the service for fraud, rights violations, illegal content, infrastructure attacks, abusive reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass quotas, authentication, or billing. Deluma may limit or suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements, with a proportionate review.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or perfect results for every PDF. OCR, visual reconstruction, and conversions may require review. To the extent allowed by law, Deluma liability is limited to proven direct damages and amounts paid for the service during the period related to the event.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or commercial changes. Material changes will be announced on the site or in your account before taking effect when required. Submit questions about billing, cancellation, or these terms through the support form.
